Job Description

Mission:

SCM comprises all activities that must take place to get the right car to the right place at the right time. The Supply Chain Process Engineering team is in charge of new business development; SCM processes engineering; driving processes and performance enhancements; and development of mid/long term strategies. The mission of the SCPE Coordinator is to support cross-functional projects and lead process and system enhancement activities for SCM.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Business Intelligence reporting systems (Tableau), lead implementation of new cross-functional reports & KPIs, and lead Tableau roll-out strategy.
  • Contribute to the expansion of process automation activities within the SCM department.
  • Support projects contributing to the achievement of transformation SCM programmes.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IS teams.
  • Project management (enhancement of ordering processes, systems and reporting tools):
    • Define project objectives, scope, benefits, costs, and KPIs.
    • Plan and schedule projects.
    • Gather business requirements, conduct workshops, brainstorm, and design solutions.
    • Manage issues and risks.
    • Manage stakeholders, communication, and project status reporting.
    • Propose and execute testing and implementation plans, and manage deployment.
  • Provide end-user support including issues analysis and reoccurrence prevention.
  • Maintain SCM processes definition, documentation, deployment, and end-user training.

Required Background & Experience:

  • Educated in Supply Chain – master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School.
  • First experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Sales area.
  • Skills in project management methodology.
  • Experience in implementing Tableau reports.
  • S&OP (carflow) & S&OE (ordertake) experience.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to establish trustful relationships with internal & external customers.
  • Willingness to learn, curiosity, fast learner, and ability to question the status quo.
  • Organized, process-oriented, and proactive.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT tools: Tableau (advanced), SCOPE/MRP (advanced), Excel (advanced), Access (advanced), and Macros (advantageous).
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; French is advantageous.
