OCR Alpha is proud to be partnering with an ambitious and rapidly growing alternative credit investment manager that has successfully launched after years of success at a larger firm. With their headquarters in London and additional offices internationally, they have already achieved impressive fundraising milestones and are building a highly capable team.
Having recently appointed a dynamic COO who oversees fund accounting and operations, they are now seeking a second hire into the middle office team. This role will primarily focus on fund accounting but also offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, investor relations, and risk management, providing exceptional exposure within a small and growing team.
You will work directly alongside the investment team, offering ad hoc support and gaining unique hands-on experience rarely found in funds of a similar size. As a foundational hire in the middle office, you will play a key role in shaping the team’s future structure and will have the opportunity to mentor junior hires as the team expands.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified accountant with one to five years of fund accounting experience, preferably within a credit hedge fund or investment manager.
