Building Services Engineer – State-of-the-Art Building, St Paul's (EC2V)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime & Call-Out
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a Building Services Engineer to take full ownership of M&E maintenance at a brand-new, cutting-edge commercial building near St Paul’s Cathedral. This is a sole engineer role, offering a unique chance to lead all aspects of site maintenance, client relations, and contractor management.
Your Role:
* Handle all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance on site.
* Manage contractors and keep site logbooks up to date.
* Liaise with clients and tenants, delivering top-tier service.
* Address electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
* Ensure legionella compliance, with a qualification or good working knowledge.
What You’ll Need:
* Strong electrical and mechanical expertise.
* Legionella knowledge or qualification (preferred).
* A proactive, independent approach and great communication skills.
