Marketing and Communications Associate - Investment Management

London, Full-Time

Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

Main Responsibilities

  • Support brand and marketing efforts, including creating and maintaining pitchbooks, brochures, and client-facing materials.
  • Assist in content development, such as updating the website, crafting investor presentations, and producing product marketing materials.
  • Manage social media activities, especially LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate communication and event initiatives, including email campaigns, PR efforts, and in-person/virtual events.
  • Provide marketing operations support, such as compliance reviews, analytics, and budget management.


What They Are Looking For

  • A relevant degree with 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in asset management or financial services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn.
  • Organized, creative, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest or knowledge in digital marketing and analytics is a plus.
