UI/UX Designer - Sketch/Adobe XD

About the job : Overview ; The UI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. They help enhance user experience by producing high-quality designs that align with our brand and product vision. Key Responsibilities : - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - Conduct user research and usability testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements - Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and mockups - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Develop UI mockups and prototypes - Ensure design consistency across platforms - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers - Iterate on designs based on feedback - Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - Optimize existing user interface designs - Create original graphic designs - Collaborate with the marketing team for branding Required Qualifications : - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Portfolio of design projects - Proficient in design software (e., Adobe XD, Sketch) - Understanding of UI/UX best practices - Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects - Experience conducting user research and usability testing - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics - Ability to handle constructive criticism and iterate on designs - Understanding of responsive and mobile design - Experience collaborating with developers - Knowledge of Agile development processes (ref:hirist.tech)
