Position : React Developer Location : Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site) Shift : Day-Time [10 AM to 7 PM, Monday To Saturday] Experience Required : 1-2 Years Key responsibilities : 1. Front-End Development : Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and high performance. 2. Component Development : Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. 3. Integration : Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services into web applications. 4. Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to best practices in React development. 5. Testing & Debugging : Perform testing and debugging to ensure functionality, usability, and performance. 6. Collaboration : Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. 7. Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 8. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Other Requirements 1. Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) is a plus. 2. Knowledge : Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications. 3. Portfolio : A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing relevant projects and code is preferred. 4. Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues. 5. Communication : Good verbal and written communication skills. 6. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback. 7. Commitment : Ability to work full-time during day shifts on-site at our Swargate office.
