Role overview : We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI agents and elevate our SaaS product offerings to new heights. The Engineering Manager will lead the design and development of SaaS products, focusing on AI-driven solutions. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our strategic goals. As a key leader, you will enhance our vision of delivering specialized AI agents that provide actionable recommendations, driving tangible results for our clients. Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Collaboration : - Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the engineering team to foster growth and Development : - Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of SaaS products, from ideation to deployment. - Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered recommendation systems and agents. Ensure high-quality deliverables, leveraging best practices in software engineering and AI integration. Technical Strategy : - Develop and execute engineering strategies to enhance product scalability, security, and performance. - Stay up to date with emerging AI and SaaS technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. - Ensure Spendkey's SaaS products meet enterprise-grade standards and & Stakeholder Management : - Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. - Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. - Represent the engineering team in discussions with leadership and external & Qualifications : - Proven experience in leading product design and development for enterprise SaaS companies. - Strong background in developing AI-powered solutions, with a focus on recommendation systems. - Expertise in procurement technology SaaS products is a significant advantage. - Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-based architectures. - Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage and scale engineering teams Awesome At : - Developing and deploying AI agents that deliver actionable insights. - Balancing technical leadership with hands-on involvement in product development. - Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within engineering teams.
