Webdura Technologies - Senior Backend Developer - Node.js/Express.js

Job Description : - We are looking for a skilled Senior React Backend Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in backend development using React frameworks, expertise in managing end-to-end development processes, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - This role demands technical excellence, process management, and leadership skills to contribute to and guide complex development projects. Job Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain scalable backend services using React-based frameworks. - Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. - Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration. - Oversee code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards. - Lead and participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). - Ensure the security and performance of backend systems. - Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment. - Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Debug and resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime. - Document technical specifications and system designs for future reference.
