Job Title : Test Architect - Automation About the Job : We are seeking a seasoned Test Architect - Automation to join our team in Goa. With over 12 years of QA and Software Testing experience, you will lead the automation strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving excellence in the Financial Services, Investment, or Asset Management domains. Roles and Responsibilities : - Design and implement robust test automation frameworks leveraging tools like Testim or similar. - Develop and maintain test scripts using JavaScript for front-end and back-end testing. - Execute and enhance API and backend testing processes using SQL. - Manage test cases and workflows effectively using tools like Azure DevOps. - Lead automation initiatives to improve test efficiency and reduce time-to-market. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality assurance. - Provide mentorship to QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Stay updated on the latest trends in automation tools, techniques, and best practices.
