Site Reliability Engineer - System Administration

Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Reliability Engineer at Intelly Labs Technologies. The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, software development, system administration, and ensuring the stability and performance of the infrastructure. While the role is based in Noida, there is flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications : - Site Reliability Engineering and System Administration skills. - Troubleshooting and Software Development skills. - Experience in Infrastructure management. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Knowledge of cloud services and automation tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Job Responsibilities : - Actively participate in incident response, including on-call responsibilities (in business hours only). - Implement service requests (e.g access management, infra commissioning). - Perform Application configuration and maintenance changes in all environments (including production). - Collaborate closely with engineering professionals within the organization to deliver reliable services. - Take part in implementing standards and best practices related to : System Architecture, Service delivery, metrics and the automation of operational tasks. - Support services, product & engineering teams by providing common tooling and frameworks to deliver increased availability and improved incident response. - Take active part in team ceremonies (scrum, project review). Required Qualification : - Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience. - Demonstrated work experience on cloud platforms (e.g GCP, AWS). - Proficient in Infra/ configuration technologies (e.g Terraform, Ansible). - Knowledge of Cloud based applications & Containerization Technologies. - Experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g , Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java). - Demonstrated understanding of observability and its configuration. - Demonstrable fundamentals in 2 of the following: Computer Science, Cloud architecture, Security, Network Design fundamentals. - Demonstrated proficiency of Linux operating systems. - Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working in datacenter or Cloud systems infrastructure for large scale customer facing company.
