QA & Testing Senior Analyst - Performance Tester Position Summary: Looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in all manners of Performance Testing in an Agile environment to drive Performance Validation and quality delivery for Evernorth program deliverables. Tasks include collaborating with all impacted application teams to identify business critical scenarios and develop test scripts (using NeoLoad), analyze NFR and create workload model, identify data needs and set up test data, execute and monitor load / stress tests, track/report progress/issues and obtain approval of the test results. There are multiple strategical and tactical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, interact with all management levels, and be self-managed and motivated. Job Description & Responsibilities: Understand business functionality, application solution architecture and technology components involved, collaborate with Dev team/ SMEs on application. Analyzing NFR, Workload modeling, Test planning, designing test scripts, performance test execution and analysis of performance test results Identify & document performance issues/ defects and provide recommendations. Support CI/CD performance automation & observability Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely and proactive manner Work independently on a given task with little to minimum assistance and within the framework of a team Required Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and engineering across different deployment architecture (VM, OpenShift & AWS). Must have 3 years of hands-on Experience in NeoLoad Performance testing tool. 2 years of experience using any leading APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic & Splunk. 2 years of experience in root cause analysis of performance issues and provide tuning 2 years of hands-on experience in UNIX shell scripting, writing SQL queries 2 years of experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, git, udeploy Any experience in resiliency testing, Automation & Observability will be a plus Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in Performance testing Education and Training Required: Healthcare domain Primary Skills: Performance Testing, Performance Monitoring NeoLoad, JMeter, Dynatrace, Splunk, SOAP UI/Postman Additional Skills: Writing Unix shell scripting, SQL queries Experience working with Git, Jenkins Strong Communications Skills and knowledge would be a big plus AWS certification and / or experience Experience on any programming language
