Information System Expert

Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Fresh Graduates / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Programming.

Responsibilities

About the Job:

Reporting to the Supervisor, the IS Expert we seek shall be responsible for:

1. Designing, planning, and estimating project timelines.
2. Developing web application systems based on approved design ensuring scalability and security.
3. Conducting thorough system review, testing, and documentation.
4. Conducting demos and user training.
5. Providing first level support to users for DNPH systems and new systems for implementation.
6. Ensuring that all user system support requests are recorded and properly escalated to the immediate superior and/or related IS Personnel.
7. Providing systems support to users as needed.
8. Collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams and Regional IS as needed.

Additional Requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Background in Java, Python, Node.js is an advantage but not required.
• Analytical and good communication skills.
