Lead Power Platform Engineer

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Utilize Power Automate Desktop to build, deploy, and manage automation solutions for business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team by staying updated with the latest Power Platform updates and trends. - Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure optimal functionality of deployed solutions. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate Desktop. - Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and integration capabilities within Power Platform. - Demonstrated experience in leading teams or projects, with a focus on delivering quality solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
