Python Lead - Django/Flask

As a Technical Lead on our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of customers' solutions using the legal industry's best practices. The Technical Lead will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business's current and future needs. Responsibilities : Product Ownership : - Own the product, from its design and inception to its final deployment. - Planning and documentation for easily transitioning it to maintenance mode. Team management : - Supervise technical specialists, following up on issues and balancing work among team members according to individual skills and workload. Technical planning and preparation : - Analysis of technical requirements, proposing solutions, and analysis of risk. Code Quality Assurance : - Developing highly configurable and performant software solutions - Conduct consistent and thorough code reviews to ensure high quality and maintainability. Communication : - Information gathering, creating status reports, issue-solving recommendations, providing technical guidance to other team members. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that stand the test of time Ideate on improving : - The development process, including determining best practices, tools, technologies, and frameworks based on the needs of the project Who will be the best fit for us ? - Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django and Flask. - Strong experience with RESTful APIs and API development. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of databases, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. - Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
