Business Analytics Lead Analyst Product Owner Job Description: The Customer Experience & Operations Enablement Analytics (CX&OE) organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help reduce health costs, improve outcomes, provide financial security, and measure and forecast business performance. The Business Analytics Lead Analyst Product Owner is a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team. This individual will spend much of their time working with business partners to understand the needs of the operations teams and how we can assist with data and analysis to improve the experience for the customer and our partners. They will also help other team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate; generally, this person assists the team in meeting their delivery goals. The Product Owner is a leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. The product owner should also have the ability to provide direction in the analytical methods and usage of data in creating value measurements or monitoring dashboards. Responsibilities Include: Organizes the measurement approach for value realization on projects. Partnering with operations teams to understand pain points and how improvements will achieve value. Helps to drive results through reviews of data and analysis to help proactively identify areas of opportunity. Facilitates the development teams progress toward team goals. Leads team efforts in relentless improvement by facilitating retrospectives and teaching problem solving techniques to help the team become better problem solvers. Facilitates team meetings including the Daily Stand Up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review and Iteration Retrospectives. Eliminates blockers from their team so that the team can remain focused on the objectives of their iteration. Protects and communicates by communicating with management and outside stakeholders; helps protect the team from uncontrolled work. Represents the team on meetings with key stakeholders and presents information back to the teams. Facilitates preparation and readiness for PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt. Supports team estimations by helping team members understand how to estimate Features and capabilities. Analytical skills and some SQL understanding and/or experience with SQL Server /Oracle Databases and reporting solutions development (Tableau). Drive continual focus on product quality; ensure product meets quality requirements and from a business/customer experience perspective. Qualifications: 8 years of experience managing analytical projects where performance measurement was a primary output Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3-5 years project management experience preferred. Proficient knowledge of Agile practices. Strong relationship management skills. Ability to analyze data and gather insights from data, and coach best practices. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills a must.
