On this tightly knit and fast-paced solution delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box. As a Product Owner on the Allocations ART, you will own some of our core store Allocation systems within TJX. You will refine and guide the product backlog for the Scrum Team(s), be a partner with our customers to ensure we are delivering value for them, as well as partnering with the Product management team to steer our product roadmaps. We are seeking a motivated, talented, experienced Product Owner who can analyse complex business processes and systems to translate to user stories and acceptance criteria in the team backlog. They will partner and collaborate with Scrum team members, Product Management, and our business partners to ensure delivery of business value. Minimum Qualifications 5 years in an agile delivery framework, or requirement development or Product Owner role. Experience with, and strong understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams Extensive understanding of agile methodology, techniques, and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence) Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships Proven ability to analyze complex cross-functional business process and defining integrated user stories using industry standard techniques Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations Preferred Qualifications Experience with custom developed applications Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience in a retail IT environment Experience of providing guidance to less experienced POs
