Full Stack Lead - AngularJS/TypeScript

We are hiring for a Fullstack Lead (Angularany backend stack) for one of our clients, founded in 2001, who are now a global, cutting edge software and support services provider and have partnered with the world's biggest online gaming and entertainment groups. Position : Fullstack Lead Developer (Angular any backend stack). Experience : 10-15 years. Fulltime role. Location : Pune, Baner (hybrid). Who you are : - Total 9-10 years of previous experience with experience of managing and leading a team. - Extensive experience with Angular and backend (7 years), including building complex web applications and working with Angular frameworks and libraries. - Proficient in TypeScript, ES6, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS - Understanding of Server side rendering, RxJs, Nx and monorepo, bundling tools like webpack, good hands-on knowledge of module federation. - Experience in writing unit tests, knowledge of TDD methodology, test pyramid. - Strong knowledge of web technologies and good understanding of security principles. - Understanding of clean coding principles to write scalable, reliable, testable and reusable code. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices. - Leadership experience with mentoring, providing technical guidance, and driving successful project delivery. - Ability to take ownership of delivery lifecycle. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Understanding of working in Agile Methodology. What you'll do : - Work as part of a team that is young, dynamic, enthusiastic, full of ideas, fun and friendly. - Apply state of the art software design to ensure high availability, scalability, maintainability and performance of high-traffic web applications. - Work on high-frequency, low latency systems. - Work with TDD and BDD approaches. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Angular, JS, and web development technologies, and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
