What We Will Be Looking For In You : Desktop Engineering : - Maintains responsibility for the design and implementation of the processes for imaging, patching and provisioning, as well software deployment. - These processes involve a wide variety of hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. - Creates and deploys complex software packages. - Provides guidelines, knowledge sharing, and best practices around how we can improve processes. - Several years of experience in the conceptual design and implementation of client and mobile device management systems. - Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, ManageEngine MDM, Windows Deployment Services (WDS) or comparable products. - Very good knowledge in the configuration and administration of Windows clients (Windows 10 / Windows 11). - Experience in the area of mobile device management. - Experience with Volume Purchasing and Device Enrolment like Apple Business Manager. - Thorough very good understanding of the integrated systems or technologies like Active Directory/Entra ID/MFA/Conditional Access and overall, the Microsoft Stack. - Scripting experience/minimum understanding written Scripts (E. PowerShell, Batch). - Being able to work with ticketing systems and align with the SLAs as well as following the workflows for changes. - Skilled in working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent logical reasoning, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with a strong attention to detail (ref:hirist.tech)
