Financial Analyst

The Position:

The Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for controlling and organizing all accounts receivable from Brazil and Hong Kong, ensuring accurate collections and maintaining routines, keeping systems updated, creating relationships with our customers, handling charges and negotiations, and analyzing data to predict and calculate indicators to assist the board in planning and business decisions. This person will have close contact with the Sales team, customers, and our colleagues from HQ (China).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts receivable routines
• Manage boleto operation with the bank
• Handle the charging process and negotiations with customers
• Control the charging tools
• Assist in developing new processes, improvements, and implementing new tools
• Support HQ demands
• Support Accountancy demands regarding monthly closing

Education and Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Office 365 (Excel advanced)
• Intermediate language skill in English
• TOTVS knowledge is desirable
