Job Description

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dedicated individual to provide top-notch administrative and secretarial support to the Secretarial Services team of one of our global law firm clients at their London office. This role offers a promising opportunity for professional development in one of the world’s largest law firms.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch administrative and secretarial support to the Secretarial Services team.
  • Monitor attendance.
  • Coordinate cover for absences.
  • Manage holiday requests.
  • Ensure seamless communication within the team.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Maintain departmental records.


Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility for overtime.
