Responsibilities:
- Manage the logistics and operations of our transportation fleet
- Act as the main point of contact for all transportation inquiries, resolving conflicts and concerns as they arise
- Plan, organize, and execute work schedules and personnel assignments
- Receive and direct phone calls related to transportation
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding stop locations, schedules, etc.
- Contribute to the resolution of unexpected problems and concerns
- Perform other duties as necessary to support our students, clients, and staff.
Requirements
- Familiarity with time and attendance management, ensuring staff punctuality and addressing absenteeism
- Understanding of transportation logistics for efficient coordination and management
- Experience in transportation management, overseeing the safe and timely transportation of goods or people
- Ability to use and manage spreadsheets for data analysis and record keeping
