Job Description

Description An internationally recognized manufacturer in Bristol PA is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their small but dedicated team on a temporary to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in customer service, administrative, and familiar with basic accounts receivable and payable functions. An individual who is efficient, detail-oriented, and adept at developing and maintaining strong relationships in the workplace will thrive in this role. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, and this role is 100% on-site.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide support to the Accounting Manager with daily duties and project-based tasks. - Handle customer service functions, resolving client issues with empathy and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Draft and edit letters, reports, and other necessary documents. - Update and input information into databases and spreadsheets, and create spreadsheets as needed. - Operate office equipment and order supplies as necessary. - Work collaboratively with other administrative staff and support colleagues - Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy policies and regulations. - Ensure deadlines are met and adapt efficiently to shifting priorities. - Maintain a positive and professional image for the organization. - Pick up mail daily and handle bank deposits as needed.

Required Skills: - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. - Familiarity with common office platforms such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online. - Excellent data management and entry skills. - Strong written communication skills. - Superior organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. - A professional demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, and the ability to diffuse tense situations. - Ability to handle pressure, navigate multiple deadlines, and manage process improvement proactively. - Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
