Key Responsibilities : Design & Implementation : - Design, implement, and maintain a platform that provides secure access to large datasets, enabling smooth data operations across the organization. Reltio MDM Configuration : - Configure Reltio's Master Data Management (MDM) platform to align with business requirements, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Data Management & Optimization : - Manage reference data and optimize the data processes for better performance and reliability. Reporting & Analytics : - Develop and manage metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide insights and support business decisions. - Ensure the creation and presentation of actionable data that drives key business strategies. Technical Support : - Provide technical assistance to teams and users to resolve database issues, ensuring maximum utilization of database resources. Contract and Database Management : - Review and manage contracts related to database support services and products. - Research and recommend new databases and tools that can enhance data management and overall performance. Qualifications : - Proven experience working with Reltio's MDM platform, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities. - Strong expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and pipeline management. - Experience working with AWS services (e.g, S3, Redshift, Glue) for cloud-based data management. - Demonstrated ability to design scalable and efficient data solutions that support large-scale business operations. - Solid experience with data governance, reference data management, and data security best practices. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in big data solutions and platforms. - Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud data solutions. - Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar (ref:hirist.tech)
