Position: CSA Site Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: 65k-£75k + Package
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client, a leading main contractor, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic CSA Site Manager to join their team on a complex commercial development project in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to manage key aspects of the project, including the groundworks and steel frame packages, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work in line with project specifications, health and safety standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of the groundworks and steel frame packages for the commercial scheme.
Oversee site operations, ensuring effective coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Lead and supervise site staff, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve any site issues and provide technical advice.
Ensure all necessary site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates, is accurately completed and maintained.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a strong background in groundworks and steel frame packages, ideally within the commercial sector.
Experience working on large-scale, complex projects, particularly in the construction of commercial buildings.
Strong understanding of construction processes, including health and safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project phases.
A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification (or equivalent).Benefits:
