Director of Engineering

Director of Engineering Cape Town for a year and relocate to USA International company  Qualifications and experience : BEng-degree (mechanical or electronic or electrical or mechatronic) Master’s degree will be beneficial. Minimum 15 years of engineering working experience Automotive industry Minimum 5 years proven track record of leading and mentoring a team. Responsibilities: Develop and manage the direction and daily activities of the Engineering team. Oversee process improvements to the product development process. Lead the development of reporting managers. Oversee the development of the department. Interact will all levels of company management. Work closely with key suppliers and customers.  The candidate will work from South Africa with the possibility to emigrate to the USA after 1 year.
