Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in lead generation, sales administration, client engagement, and CRM management. They will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to task management, and strong communication abilities to professionally interact with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to generate leads and expand the companys client base. Quoting: Prepare and send sales quotes, ensuring all necessary information is accurately detailed and promptly delivered to potential clients. Sales Administration: Handle all sales-related administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, tracking sales activities, and updating client information. Calendar & Client Scheduling Management: Organize the Chief Success Officers calendar, schedule meetings with clients, and coordinate client visits as needed. CRM Management: Maintain and update the in-house CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information on leads, clients, and sales activities. Ensure all CRM-related sales administration is efficiently handled. General Administrative Support: Support the Chief Success Officer and sales team with any additional administrative needs as they arise. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role involving sales administration, CRM usage, or client-facing communication is preferred. Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation is an advantage. Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. High-level communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable demeanour. Proficient in CRM software or database management, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness. Personal Characteristics: Proactive and able to work independently, taking initiative in task management and client outreach. Adaptable with a positive attitude, capable of handling a fast-paced environment and managing various responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
