BIM Manager

Join our clients innovative civil engineering team as a BIM Manager and take on a leadership role in advancing cutting-edge project delivery. In this role, you will drive BIM strategy, oversee digital modeling workflows, and manage cross-functional collaboration on large-scale infrastructure projects. Requirements: · Multidisciplinary Drawing Certificate/ Autodesk Certification / National Diploma or equivalent · Minimum of 8 years experience in design, drafting and BIM multidisciplinary management on large scale projects. · Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage and BIM360. Responsibilities: · Monitoring project progress and teams' performance · Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM within the Units and for the multidisciplinary Project. · Manage the project BIM Coordinator(s) including input to Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models and drawings. · Implementation and Administration of Building Information Management (BIM) systems. · Lead and/or assist on Clash Detection Processes and Reporting, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing & Logistics (4D), Cost Estimation & Scheduling (5D), and Asset Management BIM Implementation (COBie).
