They are currently seeking a Professionally Registered Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Johannesburg. Requirements: · Must have 8-10 years of experience. · Registered with the SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor. · Experience using WinQS and Dim X. Duties & Responsibilities: · Offers expertise and oversight across multiple competencies on projects of diverse scope and complexity. · Oversees and contributes to the measurement of quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities. · Leads and supervises the preparation of tender documentation. · Provides guidance and supervision on viability studies and cost estimations. · Ensures the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of cost control procedures throughout the project's lifecycle.
