You will be responsible for: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our bridging finance products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies. Who are you? You are highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. You have excellent prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels. You have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow. You have the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Boxes to tick 5 years of experience in the real estate/property finance industry. Must have a valid driver's license and own car. Must have a laptop and mobile phone for appointments and travel.
