Job Description

Position: Systems Administrator We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team and take ownership of maintaining, customizing, and enhancing our ERP system. This role will involve providing both technical and functional support to end-users, managing the Syspro ERP environment, and implementing new processes and integrations to improve business efficiency. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities: Administer Syspro ERP system, including license management, user profiles, roles, and access control. Monitor system integrity and performance, liaising with IT and the Finance Manager to address issues. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of master and transactional data in Syspro. Keep up-to-date with Syspro changes and manage the implementation of updates, ports, and hotfixes. Provide continuous training through the Syspro Learning Channel and organize user training sessions as needed. Engage with stakeholders to plan and implement project deliverables and change controls. Act as project manager for ERP projects, including integrating third-party products and ensuring smooth rollouts. Work with business intelligence tools to create custom reports and dashboards in Syspro to support decision-making. Analyze business data for trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities. Respond to support tickets within 48 hours and resolve end-user queries. Manage relationships with external service providers for ERP system needs. Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Degree or Diploma. 6-8 years experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Syspro, Database Helpdesk Support, and Business Systems. Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Syspro architecture, integration principles, and Syspro sub-modules. Strong financial understanding of Syspro modules and stock costing methodologies. High proficiency in Excel, T-SQL, and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Zap, Power BI, SSRS). Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from initiation to completion. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Why Join Us?
