Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities: Oversee Finance Function: Manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team leadership. Strategic Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, track performance, and provide actionable insights. Audits & Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and successful audit processes. Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and mitigate risks. Drive Process Improvements: Enhance financial and operational processes for efficiency and accuracy. Minimum Requirements: Professional accountancy qualification (CA preferred) or extensive Finance Director experience. 10 years of financial management experience, ideally in engineering. Expertise in SAGE X3, advanced Excel, and GAAP reporting. Strong leadership and analytical skills. Experience with forex, imports/exports, and global financial operations.
