A leading and renowned Pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join their team and drive strategic initiatives within the non-profit and CSR space Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or a similar area. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive change. Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that align with both non-profit missions and corporate goals. Solid understanding of financial management and operational efficiency in a non-profit or CSR context. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
