CIO

Based in Bedfordview, Fully On-site Role. Accountable for overseeing, managing and directing all IT resources to achieve company objectives and related policies and procedures, in line with the business strategy and priorities. The CIO will oversee the effective functioning of the IT network and infrastructure environment, telecommunications, as well as the businesss systems environment, which includes business information reporting, data processing, and systems/business development. Minimum Requirements: Relevant B Degree or equivalent Degree ITIL Foundation 10 years relevant work experience within the Information Technology sphere, with at least 3 years experience in a Senior Management/Executive capacity Formal work experience/background within the Financial Services sector (Insurance industry an advantage) Experience in supervising and managing junior to senior IT Engineers, including Managers At least 5 years experience in strategic IT project management Technologies: MS.NET, Visual Basic, SQL, Microsoft, Outlook, Active Directory, Various Security Solutions Please note this is an office-based role and please include any psychometric assessments with CV.
