Revit Draughtsperson (Mechanical)

Our client is a leading design and engineering consultancy firm, specializing in commercial, residential, industrial, or healthcare projects. Your Role: As a Revit Draughtsman, you will: Develop detailed 2D and 3D models of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs. Maintain and update Revit models throughout project lifecycles, adhering to company standards and BIM protocols. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Revit and associated software. Create accurate technical drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software developments. What Were Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven experience in Revit modeling and drafting, specifically for building services projects. A solid understanding of MEP systems and their integration within buildings. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and workflows. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. [Optional] A relevant qualification in engineering, architecture, or drafting (preferred but not essential).
