This role will focus exclusively on candidate sourcing with no business development required. If you are passionate about identifying top talent and supporting a collaborative recruitment team, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.) for UK-based clients. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Conduct phone screenings, video interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and ensure the best candidate match. Write compelling job advertisements that attract top talent for various roles. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date candidate database in the ATS. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Key Requirements 2 years of recruitment experience , with a focus on candidate sourcing (agency experience preferred). Excellent English communication skills both written and verbaltailored to UK market expectations. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sourcing tools and innovative methods to engage passive candidates. Why Join Us?
