Site Engineering Manager

NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager for a key role at an FMCG in the Western Cape. Your responsibilities will include guiding a team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project success within scope, budget, and timeframes, and developing processes that enhance efficiency. As a skilled problem solver and decision maker, youll manage resource allocation, foster team growth, and drive innovation. To succeed in this role, youll need a Bachelors/BTech degree in engineering (trade-tested artisan is a plus), 6 years of technical team leadership experience, and 8 years within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in project management and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with GGC (factories) and an understanding of regulatory compliance are advantageous. We will consider someone who is busy studying towards their GCC (factories) as well.
