Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance, youll take the lead in managing the full finance function, delivering robust financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves overseeing statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team leadership, ensuring the organization meets its performance objectives while adhering to industry standards. Experience & Skills Required: BCom Honours or CA(SA) 10 years of experience in a finance leadership role, ideally in engineering or manufacturing Must have GAAP Must have Forex Proficiency in SAGE X3, Excel, and data analysis tools Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization
