Lead comprehensive due diligence investigations with precision. Develop detailed discussion papers and transaction proposals. Oversee and report on portfolio company performance. Foster effective communication with portfolio companies, ensuring seamless collaboration. Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence. What Were Looking For: Education: CA(SA) qualification is required. Experience: Minimum of 4 years in corporate finance, with at least 2 years focused on valuation.
