Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for construction and project management? Our client, a civil engineering and building solutions company based in Johannesburg, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their growing team. Requirements · A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing contracts for general construction, hospital building projects, renovations, residential housing, high-rise buildings, and civil engineering contracts. · In-depth knowledge and experience with NEC3 GCC and JBCC Contracts. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other project management software. · Professional registration is a plus. Duties include but are not limited to: · Supervise quality control and ensure projects stay on track with timelines, making sure construction is carried out according to the approved schedules and contractual agreements. · Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, working closely with a construction safety officer. · Develop, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts for different construction projects.
