Job Description
Location: Johannesburg All Requirements:- Minimum Qualifications: Grade 12/ Equivalent Culinary Diploma/ ARPL/ Trade Test from a reputable institution Computer literacy is an essential property, along with proficiency in MS Office. Experience Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen in a CDP role for at least 2 years. Sous Chef Experience of more than one year would be advantageous Applicant must be able to run a busy hot pass. The applicant must be an all-rounder who knows all kitchen sections. Knowledge of stock takes and food costing is advantageous. Working knowledge of various computer software programmes Salary R18 000 Basic Per Month Medical Aid and Pension All statutory allowances
