Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Accurately calculate and manage costings related to dispatch operations. Coordinate and oversee the loading of trucks to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Review and analyze orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee factory operations and supervise workers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, management, and customers. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Key Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Must have reliable transportation. Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is preferred . Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for dispatch operations. Qualifications: Matric Proven experience in dispatch operations or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Working hours : Monday - Thursday (7.30 am - 4.30 pm) Friday (7.30 am - 2 pm) Remuneration : R10 000 - R12 000 monthly Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
