Electrical Engineer

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Cape Town . Role: Electrical Engineer Industry: Power Engineering / Utilities Level: Intermediate Key Requirements: 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering 3 years experience in the power/utility sector Professional and commercial acumen, capable of representing the company at senior level Detailed knowledge of power engineering, including technical and installation requirements Familiarity with power system operations and development Health, Safety, and Environmental systems and procedures knowledge Strong experience in electrical engineering, design, and execution of projects Knowledge of testing, commissioning, fault investigation, and diagnostics Familiarity with working with DNOs or TSOs in the UK or Ireland (desirable) Experience in managing subcontractors and working with multi-functional project teams A valid professional engineering designation or working towards IEng, CEng, PEng, Eur Ing (desirable) Personal Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to team management High levels of motivation with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time results Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to resolve technical and commercial challenges promptly and effectively Strong commitment to health and safety standards and creating a positive safety culture Ability to motivate and inspire the project team to achieve goals and exceed client expectations If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancystand-outstaffing.co.za Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on: www.stand-outstaffing.co.za
