Business Analyst

Requirements Educational Background : B Degree or equivalent (e.g., BTech/BSc/BCom in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Research). Diploma in Business Analysis Experience Minimum 8 years experience in business analysis. Proven expertise in business process mapping, modelling, analysis, and re-engineering. Advanced knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) domain. Experience with BPM maturity definition, assessment, and development. Knowledge, experience, or qualifications in Financial Markets advantageous Responsibilities Identifying and engaging with stakeholders impacted by initiatives or business needs. Planning and executing comprehensive business analysis activities. Conducting detailed workflow analyses and consulting with business units to understand objectives, drivers, and structures. Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements for process or system changes. Investigating issues, proposing solutions, and analyzing feasibility. Collaborating with technical teams to document system specifications, monitor implementation, and ensure alignment with requirements. Managing quality, change specifications, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs Key Deliverables Develop and execute a Business Analysis Work Plan. Create detailed Business Process Documentation using BPMN in ADOIT for core, support, and management processes. Produce: Business Process Technology Documentation. Change Request Documents (where applicable). BPM Maturity Assessment Reports, Development Strategies, and Capability Proposals. Prepare training materials and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
