Already one of the largest standalone Privacy & Data teams in the UK, this group is known for its innovative and high-profile work in the data protection field. The team handles a wide range of complex and diverse matters with their practice including;

• Breach response and crisis management
• Comprehensive data protection audits and compliance programs
• A thriving cybersecurity advisory practice
• Leading expertise in Binding Corporate Rules
• A well-established outsourced Data Protection Officer service

With particular strength in the technology and financial services sectors, the team consistently delivers exceptional results for its global client base.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year PQE for associate roles; 4+ years PQE for senior associate roles.
• Experience gained within a reputable data protection or privacy team in private practice.
• A strong foundation in privacy and/or data protection law; broader commercial lawyers who only occasionally handle data-related matters may not be suitable.
• A collaborative approach and excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in the technology or financial services sectors is desirable but not essential.
