Administration & Treasury Manager

We are looking for an Administration & Treasury Manager to join our Finance team at the Holding Company of Bolton, based in Milan. How you make the difference Every day you will lead several transactions, contribute to increase the accounting accuracy, supervise the work of team members and manage interactions with internal and external counterparties. How your agenda looks like: Provide and review general accounting records (salaries, month/year end accruals, etc.) Manage F24 and suppliers payment Preparation of auditors documents Record and analysis of financial investments Reporting package Statutory financial statement Provide monthly closure and reporting Review active and passive invoicing and VAT entries Collaborate and support the junior member of the team in the daily activities Your team: Directly reporting to the Administration & Compliance Manager, you will be a supervisor in a small and supportive team. The role doesn’t include direct reports. What makes you a great fit: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field Very strong accounting skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to stick to time constraints Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Accounting role Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
