Job Description

Job Description: As the Financial Administrator, your duties could include the following: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including client transactions, investment portfolios and account details Prepare and reconcile financial reports for clients and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards Process transactions and monitor portfolio performance Process invoices and track payments from clients, ensuring timely billing and addressing any discrepancies or queries Track investment performance Generate reports for clients Assist in the preparation of tax reports for clients Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and maintain accurate tax-related records Ensure all financial transactions and activities comply with industry regulations and company policies Maintain confidentiality and security of clients financial data Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for the company Assist in preparing for and supporting internal and external audits Skills & Experience: Strong accounting background 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or junior accountant role Proficiency in MS excel Qualification: Completed Bcom degree Grade 12 (Matric) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF020077.
