Clearing and Forwarding Supervisor

1. Organize the establishment and improvement of supplier management system and supplier management system; 2. Be responsible for supplier inquiry, bargaining, quotation and supplier management, execute business negotiation and contract formulation in the procurement process; 3. Responsible for market research and cost optimization; 4. Responsible for the preparation of project transportation plan, and supervise the transport company according to the plan node implementation, on time to complete the monthly transportation task; 5. Handle abnormal events of logistics suppliers in the service process; 6. Perform all financial transactions on the OA and CARGOWISE systems 7. Guide Operations staff 1. Two years experience in Operations Clearing and Forwarding 2. Strong language skills, interpersonal skills, and adaptability; good at organization, coordination, analysis, and decision-making ability; 3. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English; 4. Strong information acquisition, analytical, planning, communication, adaptability, organizational and teamwork skills; 5. Familiar with basic office software operation; 6. Good grasp of Financial operations
