Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Developers in the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications. Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior Developers, fostering growth within the team. Required Qualifications: Expertise in Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as RDS, EC2, VPC, API Gateway, and Lambda. Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
