Senior Manual and Automation Test Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Test Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of their software systems through rigorous testing, using both manual and automated methods . In this role, you will be at the forefront of testing modern technologies in a fast-paced, agile environment. Requirements: Seasoned Test Analyst with over 5 years of experience working with both manual and automated testing. Strong understanding of the SDLC, experience in Agile environments, and a proven ability to work with various testing tools. You bring the following skills to the table: Expertise in testing tools like SoapUI, Selenium, JMeter , etc. Hands-on experience with performance and load testing . Strong understanding of agile principles (Scrum). ISEB or ISTQB Foundation Certification (non-negotiable). A 3-year IT Diploma or equivalent Degree. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: Create and execute test plans, maps functional requirements to test cases, and manage testing throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Automation & Manual Testing: Automate manual tests for applications, ensuring high-quality software through acceptance, regression, functional, and stress testing. Agile Framework: Work closely with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to deliver quality products efficiently. Collaboration & Mentorship: Liaise with stakeholders to resolve test issues, provide feedback, and guide junior team members with your experience. Risk-Based Testing: Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, ensuring maximum coverage for critical system components. Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive test specifications, reports, and validation protocols. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and methodologies to help drive innovation and improve testing processes.
