Financial Manager

Our client is a prominent player in the mining industry, known for innovation and operational excellence. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and industry regulations. Youll work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, manage cash flow, and optimize financial processes. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Experience & Skills Required: BCom Accounting/Finance or related qualification. CA(SA) preferred. 58 years experience in a financial management role, ideally within the mining or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred). Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
